Consultation representations
Our Site Allocation Document (SAD) and Town Centre Area Action Plan (AAP) were consulted on multiple stages throughout a four year consultation period. This allowed for formal representation to be made. you could make a representation if you were:
- an individual
- a stakeholder organisation
- a community group
there were four stages of this consultation period.

Duty to Co-operate
Under the Localism Act 2011, we have 'a duty to co-operate' in regard to our plan-making. We take the views of other bodies into account. You can read more about our duty to co-operate in Section 110 of the Act.
