Walsall Council has secured its first court prosecution for a breach of its Town Centre PSPO. Two men, Robert STEATHAM of Ernest Clark Close, Willenhall and Neil GIBBARD of Wolverhampton Street, Darlaston were convicted at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court Yesterday (30 August) of offences in breach of the Public Spaces Protection Order. The Order is in place to tackle anti-social behaviour in Walsall Town Centre.
