Walsall Council and Homes England have announced that Henry Boot Developments Ltd (HBD) have been identified as the preferred development partner for ‘Phoenix 10’, a major 44 acre industrial site located between junctions 9 and 10 of the M6, Walsall.
This is an important milestone for this high profile site, which is located within the Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership’s (BCLEP) Black Country Enterprise Zone (BCEZ). It marks a major step forward in the process of bringing the site back to life, as well as boosting job creation and investment in the town.
