Working hours
  • 4 on and 4 off: 
    • Days 10:00 to 22:00
    • Nights 22:00 to 10:00 
  • Rotating 8-hour shift pattern 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00
  • Fixed nights 8-hour pattern 22:00 to 06:00
  • All shift patterns will include weekend working

Job overviewThe role is to prepare ingredients before they are added to dishes. They play a vital role in maintaining the kitchens cleanliness whilst adhering to food and hygiene standards
Main duties and responsibilities

Tasks include:

  • Washing/chopping/slicing/dicing/ trimming/portioning meats/sharpening knives/keeping kitchen equipment clean and measuring ingredients and ensuring everything is ready before cooking.
  • Some basic cooking tasks such as blanching vegetables and making sauces and stocks, garnishes and marinades as per recipes.
Knowledge, qualifications and experiencePrevious experience would be an advantage but not essential

You will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the company. The role will be tailored depending on your experience level.

Main duties and responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations
  • Develop new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order    processing
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Senior level responsibilities:

  • Lead key customer accounts and manage high-value opportunities
  • Support and mentor junior team members
