We have a full time vacancy for Domestic Gas Engineer/Plumber covering Walsall/Wolverhampton & surrounding areas for plumbing and Gas technical engineers. Full Time Employment. Plumbing & Gas Engineering Services.

We are a local plumbing and heating firm and offer all services relating to domestic & commercial Plumbing & Gas related appliances to include but not limited to Gas Boilers, Gas Fires & Gas Cookers.

  • Gas Boiler breakdowns and fault finding
  • Gas Boiler servicing and general maintenance
  • Landlord gas safety checks
  • Emergency water/gas leaks

Appointments are booked by the office team and clients are billed an hourly rate for all services. You would be responsible for offering an excellent service for the customer and quality workmanship, and ensuring all work meets MI's and current regulations.

You have a full team who support your day to day workload, including managing appointments and assisting you should you require it.

An engineering company in Willenhall is seeking an experienced Capstan Lathe Operator who can:

  • Set a programme and operate Capstan Lathe safely and effectively. 
  • Adjust machine offsets when required. 
  • Monitor and inspect own machinery and report problems. 
  • Monitor Coolant levels and top up as required.

Salary: £12.50 per hour, overtime is available at time and a half

The CNC Operator safely and efficiently loads raw materials and sets up the machine. They will keep detailed records to perform maintenance procedures on any machine needed by the production line or department. They also ensure that systems meet requirements from management while following company policy. The business manufacture fasteners.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 1.00pm to 11.00pm

Wages: Between £13 and £18 per hour + shift bonus of £60 per week.

Participate in staff meetings, supervisions and induction programme and resident meetings.

Support service user to maintain financial records and adhere to realistic budgets.

Outline of responsibilities:

Befriending Project Service delivery

  • To assist the Befriending and Project Coordinator to develop, run and deliver the befriending service
  • Assisting in the recruitment and training of new volunteers for the befriending service
  • Matching the appropriate volunteers to members/service users for befriending
  • Managing and supporting volunteers
  • Providing supervision, support and feedback to volunteers
  • To handle safeguarding concerns appropriately, making judgements on the need for reporting where necessary (with support from Befriending and Project Coordinator)
  • Providing a befriending service that includes face to face, phone calls and online communication depending on the service user’s needs
  • Provide ‘point of contact’ for those using or working within the Befriending Service
  • Monitoring service delivery-assisting coordinator in the preparation and creation of service evaluation reports, ensuring befriender reports are received, and also seeking regular feedback from befrienders and befrienders
  • Organise and help in the delivery of regular training sessions for new recruits including updating and preparing induction materials
  • Ensure records are processed for expense claims, time-sheets, visit logs, supervision and personal data in accordance with quality systems

  • Full UK driving licence.

A candidate with a MOT testing qualification is desirable but this is not essential. However, we are also recruiting a current qualified MOT tester also. A candidate with a diagnostics and electrical expertise is desirable but this is not essential A candidate with NVQ Level 2 upwards Vehicle Technician qualification is preferred, however if you are competent in all aspects of service, diagnostics, and repair this is also accepted.

Working pattern:

  • Mon-Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturday’s: 8:30am-12:30pm

Having successfully been awarded a new OEM contract we are expanding the fleet, therefore we are recruiting two experienced car transporter drivers to operate within either an 11 Car Transporter or a Tractor Unit and Voyager 2 7 car trailer. These are full time positions.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF OPERATING A CAR TRANSPORTER IS ESSENTIAL

Main duties will include the collection and delivery of mainly new vehicles from all over the UK. You will be responsible for inspecting vehicles accurately before loading and obtaining customer signatures upon collection/delivery, so excellent customer services skills are key. You will be required to use our APP to complete vehicle inspections/update our systems etc.

Operating days are Monday to Friday with nights out required, on average 4 per a week, so please ensure you’re comfortable with being away from home for this period. Saturdays/Sundays work is available should you request.
