Apply for a parking permit
If you live in an area where there is a residents' parking scheme, you will need to buy a permit to park there.
You can also buy business permits or season tickets to use in our long stay car parks.
Permits are digital - you will not have a physical pass to display in your car. Civil enforcement officers have access to a database to check you have a valid permit.
Register and apply for your permit
You'll need to apply via the Permit Smarti system. This will process your application, take your payment and create your unique account. You will be able to manage which car you are using on the day, or change vehicles.
