Some of our car parks and on-street parking do not accept cash payments. You can pay online, or some car parks also accept contactless card payments.
Pay online
If you use the PayByPhone app, you can
- pay to park in any Walsall Council car park
- pay without having to use cash
- get reminder texts when your session is coming to an end
- top up your parking session
How to use PayByPhone
You'll need to:
- sign up and add your vehicle registration number and a payment method
- text 65565 with the following information:
- location (see on street/car park signage)
- length of time you want to park for
- three digit security code on the back of your payment card
