Changes to householder amended drawings and revisions

We will be introducing changes to householder applications. When we receive a householder application, we will allow one amendment. We will make a decision based on that amendment, and we will not accept any other amendments.

We offer pre-planning application advice. The advice will improve the quality of the application and give you the best chance of getting planning permission.

This approach is being taken to improve the speed of issuing planning decisions.

More information on the benefits of pre-application advice is on GOV.uk. You can also apply for pre-application advice on our website.
