Statement of Community Involvement (SCI)
As the local planning authority, we must explain how we involve the community in decision making. By law we must prepare a Statement of Community Involvement (SCI).
It sets out how we want to involve our communities, organisations and other interested parties when:
- we prepare our planning policies
- we make decisions on planning applications
We will use different ways to work with you so that everyone can be well informed.
