Send us your documents and make a payment

You'll need to include copies of the following:

your completed application form
two passport sized photographs of yourself, one of which is endorsed as a true likeness of yourself by a suitable person
a completed disclosure of convictions and declaration form (you can apply online)
the original accredited licensing qualification certificate
proof of right to work in the UK (for example a passport, birth certificate, etc.). If you are an EU, EEA or Swiss Citizen living in the UK, you may need to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme

Fees and payment

The fee for a personal licence is £37.00.

You can:

include a cheque (payable to Walsall Council) with your postal application
ask us to call you so you can pay over the phone (we’ll do this after we’ve received and checked the application form)
