You can get free and confidential support to help with your mental health and wellbeing.
Support is available if you need urgent help, extra support outside normal hours, or help with everyday wellbeing.

To get urgent mental health support at any time, day or night:

Face-to-face support outside normal hours
If you need support when most services are closed, you can visit the Rethink Sanctuary Hub (opens in new tab).
The hub is open outside usual service hours. You don’t need an appointment, and it’s free and confidential.
You must be aged 18+ and live in or be registered with a GP in Walsall.
Free mental health support
The Sanctuary Community Mental Health Service (opens in new tab) offers support for adults who want help with their mental health. Support may be face‑to‑face or in the community.
Walsall Men’s Wellbeing Alliance (opens in new tab)brings together men, community groups, public services and local businesses to improve men’s mental health and wellbeing.
