How to access the programmes

  1. Visit online parenting child education courses (inourplace.co.uk)
  2. Choose start now/apply code

Online programmes require self-motivation to complete (unless you are going to support the parent through the programme on a weekly basis). They lack a two-way experience, which makes it difficult to learn from other parents. The parents also need to be able to read and understand to a fairly good level.

The programmes can be difficult for parents who are or have experienced trauma or adversity, especially if this is affecting their parenting role now.

Our online offer is part of the universal support we give to all families. It can also help people who want to understand more about parenting and children’s development. Regular professional support to complete the programmes can help both the professional and the parent understand more about their parenting needs.
