The Ultra-Low Emission Vehicle (ULEV) Strategy seeks to expand and improve electric vehicle accessibility, particularly for residents who can't install a charge point on a private driveway. You can download the adopted ULEV Strategy from the Black Country Transport website.
The strategy:

- supports our commitment to becoming a net zero carbon authority by 2050
The government wants the UK to reach net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. This commitment is underpinned in the Net Zero Strategy: Build Back Greener.
