Electric vehicle charging

Electric vehicle charge points provide power needed to run electric vehicles (EVs). By relying on cleaner energy, EVs help to reduce emissions and improve air quality.

Find your nearest electric vehicle charge point

You can search the interactive map provided by Zapmap to find your nearest available live charge point. These charging points may be at locations such as supermarkets, garages, pubs and restaurants.

On-street residential charge points

We are working with Black Country Transport and Wenea to deliver on-street electric vehicle charge points across Walsall. These charge points are funded by Government grant funding and private sector investment.

You can search the map provided by Wenea to find your nearest on-street EV charge point.

Suggest a site for an electric vehicle charge point

You can suggest a site to be considered to install an EV charge point. We will update you on the progress of future charge points, as they are installed.
