Local Land Charges Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire

Local Land Charges at Walsall Council is dedicated to improving the services delivered to its customers.

Our customer’s comments and views are important to us and can influence how we plan and improve the services we deliver. The questionnaire is focused on how satisfied our customers are with the service provided.

To ensure services are accessible to all customers, a few equality related questions are included on the questionnaire. These questions are not mandatory, but the completion of these questions will enable Local Land Charges to obtain a greater understanding of all its customers.

Please only complete the online questionnaire if you have received a questionnaire in the post. Make sure that you enter the unique ID number located on the top right hand corner of your questionnaire.

This will enable us to identify who has responded and who has not so that we can issue a reminder letter.

  • To provide a consistent, accurate, high standard of service
  • Aim to return standard searches within 5 working days
  • Aim to return non-standard searches within 5 working days
  • Aim to respond to all written correspondence within 5 working days
  • Notify all known customers of any amendments/changes to the 'search form' well in advance
  • Treat all customers in a just and polite way
