Activities and learning for children

We provide environmental lessons, workshops and assemblies for schools, as well as workshops for youth groups. And if you’re in Walsall, it’s completely free of charge!

You can invite us to your setting, or we can send a resource pack with a set of lessons for you to deliver. We can also give you ideas for educational visits.

A Cleaner Tomorrow (ACT)

The ACT initiative is a series of six lessons focused on litter, recycling and the environment. We have four schemes of work:

  • Early years foundation stage (EYFS)
  • KS1: Years 1 and 2
  • KS2 Lower: Years 3 and 4
  • KS2 Higher: Years 5 and 6

You could link them to science, art, or English lessons, or run them separately as a topic. You can be as flexible with the lessons as you’d like.

Meet the Litter Squad!

Eco-Dolphin, Rebecca Recycle and Louise Litterpicker need your help to stop Captain Reek and Rubbish Rodger from polluting our seas and countryside.

Arrange a visit from the Litter Squad to make your environmental lessons fun!
