Hay Head Wood Local Nature Reserve

Located about 4km (2.5 miles) east of Walsall town centre, off the main Aldridge road (A454), Hay Head Wood is a designated Local Nature Reserve (LNR)

This seven hectare (17 acre) site contains an interesting mixture of wildlife and habitats.

Hay Head Wood is also a Site of Importance for Nature Conservation (SINC) and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
