Walsall Council offers exciting Holiday Activity and Food programme for 2023 summer holidays

Eligible families* are encouraged to register as the council opens registration for the Summer session of its successful and exciting Holiday Activity and Food Programme.
The council works with over 60 providers in the borough to offer Children and young people aged 5 to 16 years old, fun, local activities, while providing the opportunity for learning and developing new skills. It’s a great chance for children and young people to get together with friends and meet new people as well as the opportunity to try an activity they may not have done before.
As part of the programme children are provided a healthy meal and also given healthy and exciting recipes and ingredients to try out with their families.

The four week summer programme for 2023 will be available during the following dates:
- Monday 31 July 2023 to Thursday 3 August 2023
- Monday 7 August 2023 to Thursday 10 August 2023
- Monday 14 August 2023 to Thursday 17 August 2023
- Monday 21 August 2023 to Thursday 24 August 2023
Eligible families can register for the programme at any time during the year. Activities for the summer programme will be available for booking from Monday 3 July 2023.
Families that are already registered on the HAF programme will be receiving an information pack containing a unique booking code for each child that is eligible to book places for the upcoming activities.

If your child has additional needs or special educational needs please make sure you state this on the registration form to ensure that the provider can make arrangements to meet the needs of your child.
