Purple Zest Limited - Direct Payment Support Service

The service aims to provide support to promote independence, choice and control to adults and children who live in the community and are eligible for or in receipt of direct payment. The service will provide a sliding scale of support, dependent on personal need and circumstances ranging from, arranging and maintaining services through a direct payment and other designated funds which have been identified for care and support needs. - Agreement is used by both Adults Social Care and Children's Services
