Heart Care Healthy Living is a local charity that helps the communities of Walsall, Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding areas to recover and manage illnesses such as cardiovascular disorders, circulatory disorders and chronic lung disease. As well as cardiac rehabilitation, we also help people to recover and manage other Long Term Conditions conditions such as COPD, cancer, stroke, TIA & Diabetes.
