Services based at the CDC include Specialist Health Visiting, Pediatric Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Dysphagia, Health Transition and Community Pediatricians. Professionals contribute to the Team Around the Child model for 0-5’s.
