We welcome your feedback to help improve our services.
For everyday issues — like potholes, missed bins, or overgrown grass — the quickest way to get it fixed is by reporting it online. Most problems are resolved this way, and you'll get a response within 48 hours.
Complaints are for when our service or response isn’t good enough. You can make a complaint if we haven’t taken appropriate action, or our response didn’t fix the problem.
There are some complaints that follow a separate process to everything else:
- adult social care
- children's social care
- councillors (elected members)
