Replace or change details on a personal licence

You can get a replacement if you already have a personal licence to sell or supply alcohol in Walsall borough and need to:

• change any of the details on it
• replace it because it’s been lost, destroyed or stolen

If you’re applying to change your details, you’ll need to send the original licence and card back to us by post.

Fees and payment

The fee for a change of name or address update, or replacement licence is £10.50. 

You can:

• include a cheque (payable to Walsall Council) if you’re sending your application by post
• contact us and ask for a phone payment. We’ll call you to arrange this after we’ve received and checked the application form
