How to advertise your alcohol license or permit application

You must advertise a notice of your license application on the premises:

• in a visible location
• for at least 28 consecutive days, starting the day after you submit your application

The notice should be:

• no smaller than A4 size
• on pale blue paper
• printed in black ink and at least font size 16

If your premises are larger than 50m², you must also put up notices at 50 metre intervals around the premises. The notice must also appear in a local newspaper within 10 working days of sending in your application.
