Health and safety in the workplace

Duty Holders are employers and self employed people. They have a responsibility to keep their staff, customers, visitors and contractors safe.

Walsall Council ensures health and safety in workplaces in the borough through site visits and routine inspections. We also respond to requests from the public, like complaints and enquiries.
