What to do about problems on private land
If there’s a problem on land that belongs to Walsall Council, you can tell us about it and we can sort it out.
We can’t take action if it’s on private land; although, in some cases, we may have legal powers to force the landowner to fix the problem.
If the problem is on unadopted land or we can't find out who the landowner is, we will decide how to deal with it.
