Walsall Community Transport - Let's Chat

The Let's Chat Community Hub provides a welcoming, safe and accessible space where people can access advice, support, and social connections.

The hub brings together a wide range of partners to deliver support across five key areas: Health and Wellbeing, Housing and Homelessness, Financial and Practical Assistance, Education and Training, and Community Safety and Social Connection. Services include health checks, mental health support, employment and skills advice, cost-of-living assistance, food bank referrals, community safety initiatives, and digital inclusion support.

Alongside practical help and signposting, the hub hosts a variety of social, creative and peer support groups that help reduce loneliness, build confidence, and strengthen community connections. By combining transport access with community support, Let's Chat removes barriers to participation and enables people to improve their wellbeing, gain independence, and stay connected to their communities.
