Walsall Arboretum User Group - Things to do

We are a group of people interested in the Arboretum and the Country Park, meeting monthly and welcoming all new members. We Maintain the arboretum orchard (spring pruning, summer harvesting, annual apple day)
Maintain the wildlife garden, which is usually open on Saturday mornings April till October, hold family-friendly events (easter egg hunt, bird search, halloween trail ) and hold an annual plant sale. We have displays in the gallery garden featuring work by local photographers and artists, along with some planting. We also carry out some maintenance of Jackie’s Corner and the Seat of Reflection. In addition, there is planting in the Arboretum, and this year we have focused on sapling planting.
