Our Benefit and Court Appeals Digital Support Service provides free, friendly and impartial assistance to people who need help accessing and using online government and court services.

We support individuals with appealing a benefit decision, including Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) and other benefit-related appeals. We also provide digital support for HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) applications and online court processes where appropriate.

Our team can help you to:

* Create and manage online accounts.
* Complete and submit digital forms and applications.
* Upload supporting evidence and documents.
* Understand the next steps in the appeals process.
* Build confidence in using digital services independently.

The service is designed for people who may be digitally excluded, lack access to technology, or need additional support because of age, disability, language barriers or other circumstances.

Support is confidential, person-centred and delivered by experienced advisers. We offer appointments at community venues and can also provide outreach support where appropriate.
