Send us your documents and make a payment
Before you start your application, make sure you've saved your documents to your device so you can attach them. You will need:
- your completed application form
- a plan of your premises
- a copy of your club’s rules
Your fee depends on the non-domestic rateable value of your premises. Before you submit your application you'll need to find out which band you're in.
You should have your debit or credit card ready. We will tell you the cost and take your payment as part of the online application process.
Every year we’ll send you an invoice for your annual fee.
