This is a new service - your feedback will help us to improve it.

We offer a range of memberships to suit individuals and families. You can join online or in person at one of our centres.

If you want to change your bank details, you will need to contact The Harlands Group.

If you want to cancel your membership with us, you will need to contact The Harlands Group.

Do not cancel with your bank before contacting Harlands as you may be charged.

There is a cancellation period of one month.

When approved and the final payment is received, you can then cancel the Direct Debit with your bank.

If you would like to freeze your fitness membership, please email gym memberships. Please note that there must be at least 10 days notice to apply the freeze.

We currently only offer the option to freeze for a single month. If you wish to continue freezing for more months you will need to contact gym memberships each month, providing at least 10 days notice before your payment date to apply the freeze.

If a freeze is health related, please let us know within the email. Once the freeze is processed and agreed you will receive an email.  If you don’t receive an email then you must get in touch to confirm the freeze.

There is not a contract when you sign up for a membership, but we do require a month's notice to cancel.

A young person aged between 11 and 15 years can take out a membership with us, but must have the permission of a parent or guardian to use their bank details.

Young people aged 11 to 15 years can use our gyms, but must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a paying adult aged 18 years or older. An 'all about you' meeting with our fitness staff must be arranged prior to attending the first session.

If you have lost your card you will need to visit one of our facilities and request a new card. This will cost £1.00

If you want to change your name, you will need to contact The Harlands Group.
