How we enforce the restrictions

We use CCTV and ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) technology to monitor activity.

There will be signs to inform you of the location and times of the restrictions. There are also signs to let you know if there’s a camera.

If we confirm that your vehicle has been in contravention of a restriction, you (the registered keeper) will receive a PCN in the post.

Cost of a PCN
CostReduction
£70.00Reduced to £35.00 if payment is received within 21 days of the notice date (stated on the PCN)

How to pay your PCN

You can pay your PCN online, by cash, by card over the phone, or by cheque.

If you disagree with your PCN

You can challenge your PCN if you believe you should not have received it. If you've been caught on camera we will review the footage and any other evidence, and make a decision on a case-by-case basis.
