5.1
Section 15 (9A) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended) requires Local Planning Authorities to publish and keep public access to:
- the up-to-date text for the LDS
- A copy of any amendments made to the LDS
- Up-to-date information showing the state of the authorities compliance (or non- compliance) with the timetable for the preparation of the development plan documents

Therefore, a summary of the amendments made to the 12th revision of the LDS are made below in Table 1:
