Black Country Centres Study Shopping Survey

As part of our work on the Black Country Plan, an important study is underway to help inform plans for the future of the Black Country’s Town Centres. As part of this, a telephone household shopping survey is being carried out (between 24th June and late July) by leading experts NEMS Market Research on behalf of the Black Country Local Authorities to help understand shopping and leisure patterns in and around the area. Permitted development rights for householders

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) has updated its "Permitted development rights for householders - Technical Guidance" document (note: this document provides advice relating to Part 1 of the GPDO).
