Burials, cremations and memorials fees
Our fees and charges are aligned with neighbouring cemetery authorities, and we always strive to provide the best possible value for the services on offer (VAT is charged at 20%).
As of 1 January 2025, our fees are as follows. All prices below are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

Terms and conditions
Any business procuring our services and paying via a credit account agrees to comply with the terms and conditions as detailed below:
- Fees are set by Walsall Council and reviewed annually.
- Credit accounts are due for payment on receipt of invoice, unless alternative payment terms are agreed. Walsall Council’s standard payments terms are immediate.
- The customer will give Walsall Council one week’s written notice of the following changes:
- Any change of business or home address(s), or in the case of Limited Companies or LLPs any change of Registered Office address
- Any change in the ownership or control of the business
- Any other circumstances which may affect the liability of the customer under this agreement
- Walsall Council reserves the right to suspend services and cancel credit agreements with immediate effect, on non-payment of account, or if any of the above terms and conditions are not adhered to.
