Come and have a free detailed personalised assessment using the Tanita scales.They will provide an insight into various aspects of your health, including:

  • metabolic age
  • weight in kg
  • BMR
  • BMI
  • body fat percentage
  • visceral fat
  • and much more

You will be asked to remove your socks and shoes or we will not be able to get an accurate reading.

You won't be able to use the scales if you are under 16, pregnant or have a metal device fitted such as a pace maker or Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD)
