Ex 6 TMO areas are looked after by the Estates Services Team. They provide the smooth running of your building, local area and more. This includes the management of Caretakers, cleaners and estate contractors. They will remove fly tipping on our land and report ASB. Neighbourhood Services procures and manages contracts that keep communal blocks and open spaces clean, green and safe.
