Shelter does not provide accommodation. Shelter provides Advice to households with housing and homelessness issues. There is no cost to clients. We also provide Legal Aid services where households are eligible for assistance

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Not open on bank holidays. Online resources available over weekends
