PANDAS (Paediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections)

Children and young people can develop a wide range of symptoms including OCD, restricted eating, tics, anxiety, and a deterioration in school performance. Children and young people living with PANS or PANDAS can develop SEND. (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). 
In 2025, PANS PANDAS UK were supporting around 7100 families, children and young people living with suspected or diagnosed PANS or PANDAS.
