Making Connections Walsall - Manor Farm - Making Connections Hub, Rushall

A programme that tackles loneliness and social isolation by offering one-to-one support to help older people (50+) engage in community activities and build social networks. A variety of social activities are available including lunch clubs, coffee mornings, computer session, art classes, card making, exercise to music, cribb, etc. We also offer a befriending and telephone ring round service for those who are socially isolated and cannot or rarely leave their home.
