Home to school transport for children with special educational needs

The local authority may be able to help with travel if your child has special educational needs and/or a disability (SEND) or a medical condition, and has an EHC plan, and
goes to the nearest suitable school for their needs, and is unable to walk there. If your child has an EHC plan, contact the SEN team to discuss your needs.
