You can register at any time during the year. You only need to provide your information once.

What you need before you start

To make registration quicker, have:

• your name, address and contact details
• your child’s name and date of birth
• your child's unique code
• ECHP plan or short breaks passport, if your child has one

Before each holiday period, we send a letter to your home address with a unique registration code for each child. If you haven’t received a letter or your code is wrong, email us with your child’s full name and address and we will help.

How registration works

1. Fill in the registration form.
2. Provide your details once to set up your account.
3. We share this information with HAF activity providers. This is so they:
   1. know who'll be attending
   2. can meet your child’s needs
   3. can communicate with you about the activity
4. After registering, you can access your account at any time.
