Transition and Leaving Care Hub (TLC)

The Transition and Leaving Care Hub (TLC) is where our personal advisers are based and where you can access advice and support.

It's where our community comes together. We celebrate your successes in education, employment or training.

Our care leaver football team meets here, and we use it for our social drop-ins, training, meetings of the Care Leaver Group and for events celebrating Christmas and Care Leavers Week.

Services and facilities at the TLC

There's a range of services and facilities for you, including:

• emergency community food pantry
• access to our kitchen facilities and hot drink/meal offer
• laundry facilities
• professional health advice
• professional education, employment or training advice
• an ‘open door’ duty personal adviser system to make sure there's someone to listen or offer support when you need it
