Responsible authorities
You'll need to send a full copy of your application to the responsible authorities if you submit a paper application for:
- club premises certificate
- personal licence (alcohol)
- premises licence or a provisional statement
- temporary event notice
You don't need to do this if you apply online.
If you wish to amend your current licence, you can apply online.
Depending on the type of application, you may not need to send a copy of the application to everyone on the list. If your application is:
- for a new or variation of premises or club certificate, send to everyone on the list
- for a transfer, send to the police and Home Office
- to vary a designated premises supervisor, send to the police
- for a minor variation, send to the police, fire, environmental health and community protection
- for a temporary event notice, send to the police, fire, environmental health and community protection
It is important that you provide copies of all documentation such as applications and plans.
Missed information could result in your application being considered as incomplete and will be rejected.
