Middlemore Lane Re-Use shop
Pre‑loved items at affordable prices
Our Re‑Use Shop sells a wide range of homeware, garden furniture, toys, sports equipment, books and more. Items are donated by residents, then cleaned and checked before being sold.
The aim of the shop is to reduce waste, reuse good-quality unwanted items and increase recycling. Many of the things donated would otherwise be thrown away.
What we sell
We stock a mix of pre‑loved and new items including homeware, garden furniture, toys, baby items, sports equipment, books, musical instruments and more.

We'd like any packaging materials from your online deliveries! Bubble wrap, tissue paper, expanded cardboard etc are welcome. We'll use them to protect and package purchases made in the Re-Use Shop.
How to donate
Bring items directly to the Re‑Use Shop. You can use the parking and unloading bays outside the shop. If you need assistance getting items from your car let us know and we can help.
If you're already visiting the HWRC to dispose of other waste, there is a donation drop‑off point on site. Let the HWRC staff know if your item is suitable for the Re‑Use Shop and they’ll direct you. We cannot accept items once they have been classed as 'waste' in the HWRC area.
Re-Use Shop donations are accepted at Fryers Road HWRC - ask a member of staff as you enter the site.
Buying from the Re‑Use Shop
We visually inspect every item for sale in our shop. Electrical items are PAT tested to ensure electrical safety. Everything is sold as seen.
No membership is needed—just come in and browse. We accept card payments only (no cash). You don’t need to be a Walsall resident and you don’t need to use the HWRC facilities to visit the shop.
Refunds are available within 14 days with a valid receipt. Online sales aren’t available yet.
If you need help getting your purchased items to your car, just ask a member of staff and we can help.
