Personal licence relevant offences

Relevant offences for a personal licence under the Licensing Act 2003 include serious crimes, offences, dishonesty and specific licensing breaches.

You must declare relevant offences when applying. They can lead to refusal if they show you're unsuitable to hold a licence.
