Digbeth Dining Club, a South Asian Heritage Community Day and a concert featuring songs from the most iconic female artists of all time are just some of the events and activities taking place this July at The New Art Gallery, Walsall Leather Museum, Walsall Arboretum and Walsall Arena and Arts Centre.

Multi-award-winning street food event brand Digbeth Dining Club will roll through Walsall Arboretum as part of its summer 2024 tour.
With the slogan “Good food, good vibes, and good people”, the day will see a variety of food vendors cooking up all sorts of delicious foods from all over the world including Thailand, Jamaica, Spain, Vietnam, Brazil, Germany, Cambodia, Japan, Malaysia, India, and more.
Digbeth Dining Club brings a variety of food vendors cooking up all sorts of delicious delights spanning hot dogs, cheesecakes, waffles, doughnuts, tacos, tapas and chips.

Carlos Bunga Exhibition

A major exhibition of new and previously unseen work by Barcelona-based artist, Carlos Bunga (b. 1976, Porto, Portugal).
The exhibition contains a large series of unseen drawings referring to Bunga’s childhood experience of moving between temporary dwellings that were often vulnerable to collapse and sometimes disappeared from history.

Shine like a mirror ball - multi-sensory sessions

These sessions are exclusively for children with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and/or complex support needs, with their families.

Paint Like a Master with Rob Conway

The latest instalment in the ever-popular Paint like a Master series with talented artist, Rob Conway.
This July, participants will be tackling Picasso’s ‘Woman with a Book’. Rob will lead you through the painting process step-by-step to create your own version of the masterpiece.
Tetra-Pak collagraph printing - adult workshop with Holly Wardale

£35 all materials included – no experience necessary. Booking and pre-payment essential.
Experienced printmaker Holly Wardale will run the first Tetra-Pak collagraph printing workshop at Walsall Leather Museum. This is a versatile printing technique in which a textured plate is inked up and put through a press. In this session, you will be using recycled materials such as tetra Pak and Foil plates as your printing plate to create some truly beautiful effects. No experience is necessary.
