The scheme helps households explore greener options such as solar panels, battery storage, heat pumps and smarter energy tariffs, with clear information, expert guidance and the potential for savings through group buying.

“ Switch Together helps residents take practical steps towards improving the energy efficiency of their homes, while also helping to keep costs down.By bringing these services together through a council-supported scheme, we are helping residents access reliable information, trusted installers and expert support, making greener home improvements more achievable. I would encourage residents to register early to explore their options and see what savings may be available.

Previously known as Solar Together, the scheme has already helped thousands of households across the UK to save money and cut their carbon footprint. • Expert Guidance – Support from registration through installation, ensuring residents make informed decisions for their homes.
  • Group-Buying Savings – Reduced costs thanks to community-scale purchasing power.
  • Reliable, Sustainable Energy – High-quality installations from vetted suppliers that help cut carbon emissions.

Registration opens on Monday 23 February 2026 and closes on Sunday 26 April 2026.
