Walsall Pride Picnic in the Park, Sunday July 28

Walsall Council is reflecting its commitment to diversity and inclusion with a Pride Picnic in the Park on Sunday 28 July 2024, and the return of the annual Walsall Pride Festival on Saturday 24 August 2024.

“ Pride events play a crucial role in promoting visibility, acceptance and equality for the borough’s LGBTQ+ community. It’s a chance to celebrate and show support and I hope as many people as possible, from all walks of life, will come along to be part of these celebrations. “

Councillor Gary Flint, Portfolio Holder Health and Wellbeing,

The Pride Picnic in the Park will take place on Sunday 28 July 2024 from 12 noon to 5pm and will feature live music at Walsall Arboretum’s bandstand.
