Temporary Interruption to MyWasall Payment Service

On Wednesday, July 17, 2024, there will be a temporary interruption in our payment services from 10am to 11am.     

Service disruption

This will only affect self-service card transactions processed through MyWalsall – payments made over the phone will be successful. 

During this period, you will not be able to make any payments using the MyWalsall portal. This downtime is necessary to perform essential maintenance and ensure the continued reliability and security of our payment systems. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
