Recruitment technical issue - update for external applicants

We are currently experiencing a technical issue that may affect some external applicants during the recruitment process.

Image reads service update

External candidates with Outlook and Hotmail email accounts are currently being prevented from receiving the verification codes required to submit their applications. This issue is also impacting other areas of the recruitment journey.

If you are applying for a role with us, or are waiting to hear from us, please be assured that we are aware of the issue and are working to minimise disruption.

Our Recruitment Team is actively supporting applicants through email who may be affected.
