Entrepreneurs gather at Bloxwich Launchpad for Start Up & Grow business workshop

Aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage business owners came together at Bloxwich Launchpad on Monday 9 February for the Start Up & Grow event, delivered as part of the West Midlands Business Festival 2026.
The free half-day workshop welcomed early businesses and start-ups to the newly opened Launchpad in Market Place, Bloxwich, providing practical support, expert guidance and valuable networking opportunities to help businesses take their next steps.
Designed to support people at the beginning of their business journey, the event featured talks on business planning, marketing and funding, as well as one-to-one start-up clinics and panel discussions featuring local entrepreneurs as well as guided tours of the Launchpad facilities and Makerspace equipment. Attendees also had the chance to explore future support sessions, book workspace and connect with business advisors throughout the morning.

Participants praised the interactive format and practical focus of the sessions, with many leaving inspired and better equipped to develop their business ideas, grow their brands or formalise their plans.
